SperryWomen's Saltwater Emboss Wool Boots

I ordered this rain boot to wear on a glacier excursion we reserved for our Alaskan Cruise. It was scheduled for delivery 2 days before our flight to Seattle but received a message that the USPS was unable to deliver on a Saturday. Had early flight on Monday so unable to get the package. It was delivered the afternoon after we left home. Since I no longer need, I returned for refund.This failure in delivery has nothing to do with the quality, fit, or appearance of the rain boot. If I was outdoors all the time, I'd have kept these boots. They are well made, fit me really well. I liked the style and color, and the price was reasonable. I can't review about wear and durability as I only tried them on once to when I returned home. I was tempted to keep but knew I'd never wear them.

Amazon suggested a 7.5, but after reading the reviews I decided to go with a 6.5 (a half-size down from my usual 7). Can't imagine what the 7.5s would be like, because these 6.5s are still gigantic. I'll keep them, though I'm sure a 6 or even 5.5 would fit better. These seem like an 8!

Yes, they run a tad big. And the wide sizes are actually wide. I would recommend a half size down or just buying your normal shoe size, not your boot size.The upper is 15% wool and you can definitely tell. They're super soft and warm. I love the very visible logo on the tongue and heel. Zip closure is convenient. The rubber material is strong but flexible, not hard and stiff like imitation brands I've bought before.These are actually my first pair of Sperry boots and I love them, especially at the discounted amazon warehouse price (check it out!). I've got wide feet and usually wear an 8.5 D (wide or extra wide depending on brand). I ordered the 8.5 wide in these boots and I can actually wiggle all of my toes around. It was an odd experience because I usually can't even move one toe lol. If you have normal feet but like thick socks in the winter these would suit you well too.The only thing I did not like was that the laces aren't really functional and aren't easily adjusted but I finally got them situated.Overall - GREAT PURCHASE!

Used these on an Alaskan Cruise. They were perfect. The material did not get dirty and if some mud splashed on it, it easily wiped off. My feet did not get cold at all. I put some orthotics inserts in it, due to feet issues. These were cute, not clunky and not bulky or heavy to travel with. Best waterproof travel boots I own.

These are really big. You need to order a size down, which is strange because I purchased a different pair of Sperry Duck Boots in the same size and they fit fine.

I have narrow feet so these were a bit too loose. Had to put in an insole and they fit better.
