Lavazza Gran Espresso Intenso E.S.E. Coffee Pods – 150 Count

Tastes good, individually foil wrapped without oxygen, always well compressed. My morning espresso has never been easier. Way better than Nespresso. Beating this pod requires about 5 or 10 minutes of great puck prep and a perfectly dialed in shot.

Ordered the Cocoa & Black Pepper pods and was highly disappointed. There is a reason they are half the price of the other ESE pods. These are low quality, very coarsely ground non-espresso pods. The shots pulled were very watery with the crema being very foamy and completely white. After drinking, it seemed like there was no caffeine either, so all around a disappointing experience. Maybe the other Lavazza pods are better, but I will be sticking with my Lucaffe pods I usually get. I would not recommend trying this flavor.

I like the Lavazza coffees and these e.s.e. pods are super convenient. Amazing crema and bold taste. Great price too

I was gifted an espresso machine last year. The whole family pitched in with providing accessories. I struggled to master a decent shot. I’m sure I watched every video available on how to produce a rich shot of espresso. As arthritis in my hands got worse the machine lay dormant. I was happy to find that prepared discs were available. They make a very good shot and are reasonably priced. Now, if I could just master the steaming wand…

Smooth and not as bitter, great foam. A double does it for me but it's so smooth it makes me want to brew more. I subscribed ♡

I've used these Lavazza ese pods for a couple of years now in my Delonghi espresso maker. I've been completely satisfied with the good flavor, aroma and crema these produced in my machine. But, something changed with the last case of 150 pods that I purchased. For starters... the box I received was different. It was a generic plain box that wasn't the usually marked Lavazza box. The pods WERE wrapped in the usual wrapping so that eased my mind some. When I opened the pod wrapping to use it. I didn't get that wonderful coffee aroma that I usually get. Upon brewing it in the same espresso maker that I've always used. I watched as the first half of the shot came out. It was the usual rich dark brown color. Then at about the second half of the shot seemed like clear water with a tan color to it was coming out in to the shot. The flavor was that of severely diluted coffee. I'm not sure that this was a true Lavazza product. I hope that Amazon can look into this. I gave it multiple opportunities with the same results.

This is a great tasting coffee. I love the convenience of using an ESE pod for my first cup of the day when every minute counts. With these pods I don’t have to sacrifice quality for convenience. Highly recommend.

Love it. Ideal for delonghi expresso machine. Cleaner than ground coffee.

Great stronger pods but delivery was 2 weeks late

I love these espresso pods. They allow me to use practically fresh ground coffee because they are vacuum, sealed, and most espresso makers do have the attachment to use these pods as opposed to tamping down grounds which make a mess. The taste is fantastic too.

Excellent quality coffee in good quality ese pods. Bought these as a replacement for a poor batch of our regular Cialdissima product and is a marked improvement even on the previous decent versions. Coffee flow through the pod is excellent and a decent tasty cream. For this price, these pods are a steal 👍
