Idk I got a small and I'm a size 4. The top was snug but the bottom fit fine. Plus I am 5'3" and the pants were not that long especially if u wear heels.

I think so - I ordered the large and I am 5'7 and normally wear a 8 . The large was big - i had to pin the pants and put a tank insert under the top.
