Very easy to change the battery as I do this very often. Battery was delivered next day as it was on Amazon prime. Same price as eBay but came a lot quicker which was what I needed. Very good. Restored battery health to 100% as always. Thank you very much. A+++

I bought this as my battery life was painfully bad. This battery has made absolutely zero difference despite my old battery health being 80%. I’ve also found my phone to be slower. And keeps freezing since changing it. Nor sure why.

You really need to make sure to connect the new battery before fitting it in place, since chances are the connector won't line up perfectly after you've done so, so you won't be able to get it to "click" if you do that first. And once it's connected, use a spudger to hold it into place while securing the battery, so the connector doesn't pop back out again while you wiggle the batery into position. That's probably where reviews complaining of a bad connection went wrong. Also count on needing to heat the back of the phone up with a hairdryer to loosen the glue enough to get the old battery out, and don't plan on ever reusing it, since it will probably deform while you pry it out. That thing is firmly stuck in. As to the battery itself, had it in for a few hours, and so far so good. The iPhone recognizes it and shows 100% battery health. So fingers crossed!

Delivery good. Down side the battery did not fit the connector dos not Clip in to the phone motherboard at all pops out continuously If however you do need it to fit there and then you can pack it with something then for the metal plate with the screws will hold in place as I had to do but that you should not have to it should fit as stated I therefore tried a different battery perfect fit and the old battery which fit perfectly. as Well as that more bad news after full charge the battery only goes up to 80% the full capacity of the battery seems to only be 80% not 100% If I hadn’t been in great need for a phone I would therefore have sent the battery back but to inform everyone else that May purchase this it is no good So I now have 40 battery again the only charge to 80% not a full 100% No update this has completely broken my phone phone battery connection

I’ve replaced lots of batteries and have suffered from them causing all sorts of problems with the phone, however this battery had no issues at all and has been in and working for some time now. Amazon delivery isn’t a problem for batteries, unlike Royal Mail in Scotland so I would buy here again for sure

Unlike some other reviews, the battery fitted well into my iPhone 8 with no connector issues. The phone recognises the battery and health is 100%. No signs of it heating up. This review is only after one day so time will tell if there is any other problem

La batterie fonctionne bien mais c'est sur la durée que ses objets là se révèlent. Dans l'immédiat c'est bien reconnu par le iphone 8, j'ai fait 10 cycle environ pour tester. Pas de soutde charge ou de décharge. La batterie est neuve mais c'est le téléphone qui ne tient pas 1 journée avec les exigences d'ios 16. Update d'ici 1 mois s'il y a un problème. // Update août 2025: au bout d'un an et demi la batterie a gonflée. A fonctionné un certain temps seulement //

Ich verbaue die SmartEx Akkus schon seit Jahren, insbesondere beim iPhone SE von 2016. Sie werden am iPhone erkannt (das Akkumanagement erkennt keinen Unterschied zum Original-Akku und zeigt auch alle Parameter an) und auch die Langzeit-Haltbareit war bei allen SmartEx Akkus ausnahmslos in Ordnung. Innenwiderstand und Kapazität sind meiner Sicht nach auf Original-Niveau: Akku lädt mit genügend Strom, Akku lädt lange mit max. Strom (Constant Current Mode), Kapazität stimmt, Handy geht nicht aus, bevor der Akku alle ist.... Wichtig ist, daß die Akkus nicht dicker als der originale Akku sind, denn sonst bilden sich irgendwann helle Streifen im Display (Druckstellen). Erstamal sieht dann nämlich die Kapaztät auf dem Paper toll aus und nach ein paar Wochen kommt das böse Erwachen. Hier passt jedoch alles. Auch beim iPhone8 hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Dieser Akku hat bereits motierte integrierte Klebestreifen.

La batterie a bien fonctionné durant 5 mois. Ensuite, elle passe de 40% à 0% sans raison. Il faut ensuite la recharger au maximum mais le problème revient quelques heures ou quelques jours apres. Je ne recommande pas
