Primary Mathematics Grade 3B, Textbook, Standards Edition

This textbook is the second half of third grade year and goes with Primary Mathematics 3A Textbook, Teacher Guides 3A and 3B, Test Books 3A and 3B, Workbooks 3A and 3B, and Practice Books 3A and 3B. As a homeschooling course option, it is fabulous. The teaching guide provides step-by-step lesson plans, includes everything except for counters and a deck of cards, and offers game ideas and innovative ways to alternatively teach. Answers for the workbook and the textbook are in the teacher guide. The test books have answers in the back to each test.It offers enough work so that your student can master the material comfortably before moving on to new material, and if your child needs extra help, the Practice Books provide it. The textbook is full color (and has dorky cartoon characters that my son makes fun of) and easy to read. Material is presented step-by-step in a way that 8-9 year olds can understand.Minus one star for all the typos in this course- but as I graduated third grade math some time ago, finding the correct solutions is easy enough. ;)

I absolutely love teaching my kids out of the Singapore math textbooks. They are straight forward, simple to follow and my 3rd grader loves the colorful pages, which make it more engaging.

It’s a great progression for my daughter moving forward in her math studies. I have no regrets. It’s definitely an asset
