Works great to liven up and refresh an older Anet A8. makes it much stiffer once you obtain the necessary plastic parts to go with this kit

The seller and the product are fine.However, I have found the gantry or uprights have no real support. They are mounted perpendicular to the base rail, which leave nothing but small flimsy plastic bracket to hold the uprights square. This is due to the Creality Ender 3 X mounts that are used for the print head.The entire reason for doing this upgrade from an Anet A8 to the AM8 frame is for rigidity, and trueness of the frame. This design and its lack of purpose-built bracketry for this critical part makes this design silly.On a good note it is a simple fix, that unfortunately is not supplied with this kit. Go to the hardware store and buy a small section of 2" angle stock. Cut it into x4 1.5" sections, and drill to match the V or T slot rails. Then use the standard slot nuts, and screws. This will make the entire structure solid enough to stand on without flexing or running out of trueness.Come on people, we can do better...

Came with all the necessary brackets the peices the needed tapping canes tapped all in all a sturdy construction with straight clean cuts.

This kit builds into a nice frame. No issues with any of the cuts, threaded holes, or any provided hardware. I like the black anodized extrusions better than plain aluminum too!

Put the frame together easily and all the parts are included to assemble your own 3D printer. Take it easy on the t-nut and don't over torque or the black coloring will come off showing a nice shiny aluminum surface.
