Old Fashioned Chocolate Ice Cubes - 125 - Piece Box

These chocolates have been around for over 50 years. They are so good. You won't be disappointed. Don't order them in the summer, they will be a melted mess. So stock up in the winter! These chocolates are the BEST.

Ice Cubes tasted amazing, just like I remembered them from long ago as a child. I was disappointed in the delivery. They were all melted which made the wrappers oily. There was a cold cube thing in the package to keep them from melting, but it was no longer cold. If they can fix that, I would order again.

I have no idea what some of the negative reviews are about, some claiming it is dark chocolate, others saying its not chocolate at all, some saying its missing coconut (icecubes never had coconut...). Anyways, these are the perfect, melt-in-your mouth milk chocolate and hazelnut sweets I remember so well from the 1980s/1990s. My wife had never tried them before, (that conversation is what prompted me to look for them here), and she now has a new favorite candy. I will say this, either order them in the cold part of the year, or pay extra for the dry ice; these do melt at a fairly low temperature. Our order was soft (not melted, but definitely soft). A few hours in the fridge and they are perfect now.

i remember getting these at our local restaurant cashier station when i was a child. the owner use to give them for free to kids who dined there with their parents. of coarse, after dinner! i went to a retro candy/soda store in burbank, and these were on the counter. just like when i was a kid. however, no longer free. i purchased a few. well, when i put it in my mouth, i went back 40 years. went to amazon in hopes of finding them. as usual, amazon carries everything. these are so yummy. even people who never had one, fall in love with the taste. so creamy and chocolaty. i will always have these on my coffee table. oh, also yummy when chilled in the fridge.

The chocolates were melted and stuck together. Taste was affected. Very disappointed.

Why oh why did I buy 2 boxes of these darn things, why? Ice cubes have always been a favorite of mine and I had already ordered a pound a few weeks ago and you didn’t expect those to last long did you? Well this time I’m prepared oh and my sister too because one box is for her. Actually when I run out I know where to go for my fix! These are so darn good and I actually put them in my freezer so I wouldn’t o.d. in them but would that be a bad thing, to o.d. on this awesome chocolate? I received 250 Ice Cube chocolates and they were delivered in perfect condition. I ordered such a large quantity now because in a few weeks it will be too hot and they’ll melt. Oh who am I kidding, I ordered the large quantity because I’m going to enjoy every single bite!

Have ordered these a few times since they are delicious. Was a bit disappointed that this order did not come neatly stacked in a box that looks like the shape of these candies. Just arrived in a big bag (of course inside a shipping box) so I had to find a container that would hold all of them. Still they are delicious and melt in your mouth.

Do I remember exactly what Ice Cubes tasted like 60 yr ago? No, I guess not. I suppose that I expected them to have the flavor of milk chocolate, because I always preferred milk chocolate. In 2021, these Ice Cubes have little or no milk in them; their flavor is similar to dark chocolate. No matter: I _love_ them. Their soft, smooth texture is unique, and they melt in your mouth like they did 60 yr ago. A few weeks ago, I bought 40 of them to reacquaint myself with this product. Now, I bought a 125-piece tray. What a wonderful treat! They allow even an old man to feel like a kid again!
