The quality is not good at all. The material is tearing from all sides and because of this the waist keep sliding down. I constantly have to pull it up again

Please provide refund or exchange will other size for this product
I have ordered L size shapewear, but it's too tight and seems like a medium size. From Amazon, there is no option to return a bigger size for this product, and no refund. Also, what is the purpose of keeping shapewear that doesn't fit? The policy is literally very bad.
