Protoner FLTBNCH Weight Training Fitness Bench

Was using from past 40+ days.Initially, the stability of the bench was not that good. If I lift slightly heavy weight of 20+ kg, I was feeling it overall unstable. Luckily, I got to do some modifications as you can see in images to make the seating place and base legs more stable.The adjustable bench portion was notfolding properly. Because of poor machining in the square channel, while inclining, it was damaging the seat material ( I repaired it).Assembling was easy. But there were no washer in any of the screws ( I added it by own).In some places, I observed the poor finishing, which can open your skin ( I have grinded it).In Overall, if buy for this price, you need to do some repair works to make it better. After that repair work, it is fine now for the price I purchased.

No I don't like it's is not compatible and it's too low for our height and not even stable not worth purchasing.Please make refund payment and take a return of this item . And I don't want any replacement. Item is not working for meSorry for the inconveniences occur. Replacement also can't help.

Seating cushion portion is of very low quality. Steel portion is good though.

Many people have mentioned that its good for beginners, but i feel there is a chance for one to get injured if not used/assembled properly. I am adding this review after more than 1 month of usage, I find it decent but it is prone to minor injuries.Whats good:1. After proper/tight assembly the inclined, flat and declined bench work fine.2. Material is decent, the cover of the bench is prone to tear but with decent usage it should hold.3. The extension bar to do tricep pushes is a good addition4. Assembly was easy, used some basic tools like pliers.What's not helpful:1. The leg extension is worthless, it doesn't have the range of motion to lift weights.2. Chest fly, same issue there is no range of motion for the so called chest fly feature. I use that just to hold weights.3. Even after proper assembly the bench doesn't stand even, the legs have gap and i used a filler to make it stable.I would recommend this product, but its required to use caution while working out by not making sudden movements and by using optimal weights.

Have been using this cheap bench for 2 months now.. Many problem.. and read till end I even got hospitalised.First of all the design has flaw.Inspite of many negative reviews I bought it bcoz there is no bench in this price range.The product which I got has the upper part where complete body rests was slightly tilted to right side. But I thought it's ok at this price and I used it anyways. As the design was defective while lifting heavy chest press for 2 months my left side of the back got severely injured. I didn't noticed it, thought the pain may be due to heavy lifting. But my doctor pointed that this pain was due to wrong posture (which was due to this useless cheap bench) while weight lifting.And also these products cannot be returned. So better save some money and buy a better product.Definitely not from PROTONER

Utterly nonsensical as there is no manual with it for installation
