The Roloc holders do the job. I bought 2 and have been using them for several years on a regular basis at work. Over the last couple of years I have had the opportunity to use, look at, compare, borrow, etc other more expensive disc holders. These in comparison are a lot more rigid than the more expensive ones. That's not to say they are stronger, they are just less flexible. They are a very hard plasticy material. They have yet to break or malfunction, but I feel they would be more user friendly if they were a bit more flexible. The discs are very hard to remove if you let them wear down to small. With a more flexible disc holder, this might not be the case. All in all, it's a good price and they have yet to malfunction on me in any way.

The head gasket failed on my car and just from working on vehicles I knew that there'd be some gasket material in other gunk between all mating surfaces. That material would have to be cleaned prior to installation, and I found some mechanics using 3M Roloc discs in order expedite the process. These items are just the holders for those discs. The discs screw into the holder, which you then insert into a screwdriver or air tool. These holders, even though not 3M branded product, hold the the discs perfectly fine.
