Fantastic spread for breakfast - Toast/Butter/Vegemite.
Fantastic breakfast toast starter for the day. Delivered as promised. Prices was reasonable on lower side for expiry due in next three months - The jar won't last three months.

Satisfied
Taste subjective. I prefer Vitam-R ( German), but this one also good. Comes in glass bottle with sealed leak proof lid. Had a leaking marmite before. Little too expensive. Would buy again.

Tasty Vegemite
The original Vegemite. Fulfils the salt craving . It is an acquired taste .

Near Expiry Product
Near Expiry stuff should not be offloaded on unsuspecting customers who expect the best from Amazon. It would be better if prospective customers were notified about near expiry stuff if he is paying the full price. I was given a product with shelf life of just 1.5 months (May 2022) .

First Timer Reviews Vegemite
Just got my bottle and was so excited for this, tried it for the first time ever after hearing so much about it from my aussie friends. Tastes like the aftertaste of beer + good steak + loads of salt I'm glad I read a bunch of info about this from others before I just smeared a bunch on my toast and killed my palette forever. Here's how to taste it - Piping hot toast or parantha fresh from the tawa. I used dal and onion parantha, fyi. Generously apply butter, even on the crunchy edge bits. Finally, take a butter knife, a very small amount of vegemite on the tip and smear a thin layer - as thin as you can go. Take a bite, it's definitely an acquired taste. I also tried it on a cracker with some cheddar and apple. I think this'll be great with slow cooked stuff and stews, and would make an excellent marinade.

Acquired taste but great
Like marmite this isn’t for everyone. A little goes a long way and goes great with butter. Used to be a die hard marmite fan but after trying Vegemite, I would pick it over marmite. Saw another review mentioning it is milder in taste but I find it to be the opposite. Definitely a bit stronger in taste than marmite and is also more “solid” at room temp making it a bit easier to handle.

Poor cousin of Marmite
I love the strong, in your face, taste of Marmite. This is an iffy version of it, if you are a hardcore Marmite person. For those, who prefer a milder taste, well, this is an option. Another much cheaper and better option is, Maggie Seasoning Sauce. That is 50% the price of Marmite and almost as good, without the stickiness.
