Will these refills fit the Gerber 31-001880 Impromptu Tactical Pen?

It fits the Gerber pen just fine, but this medium point refill is broader than the original Gerber refill. If you like the original, get the Fisher fine point, which is very close. Both the Gerber and Benchmade pens use the plastic "Parker Adapter" that comes with the Fisher and "Rite in the Rain" refills - so Parker refills work as well, which gives you even more choices - for example the gel rollerball refills.

Will these work for all fisher space pens? ...................i'm specifically interested in the fisher telescoping pen.

Don’t know. My pen is a Tuff Writer. I would ask this question to the manufacturer.

Is a medium space refill as smooth as a zebra by gel refill?

I don't know as I've never used a zebra. However, I do know that the Fisher refills work. They write smoothly, maybe not as smooth as a gel, but it does glide easily as the ink is "thixotropic" - meaning attracted toward touch. i.e. once the pen is on the paper, the ink is drawn out, so it is a smooth glide as you write...Hope this helps
