Great place to start learning lucid dream

Had my first Lucid Dream while reading the book, this is definitely a proper guide for beginners who don't know where to began in the journey of Lucid Dreaming

What a book ! Ideal for people looking for Fun or Inner Adventures in sense of 'experimenting with body and mind'. Amazing results , I got 10 lucid dreams already, took me few months of consistent practice though. But Very well written Dr Stephen LaBerges,much appreciated, his writing is profound, and practical. He is speaking truth: through experiment and facts, numbers, tested results in sleep laboratory, ready to use and implement with scientific evidence to support.

Delivered three days in advance even without Amazon Prime.Condition of book was good. No bends or tears in the cover. Quality of paper used to make the pages is not that great for the price but it's very readable.As for the content, I don't think any one who's reading this review needs to be told about it ;)

Si eres practicante de los sueños lúcidos, debes tener este libro. Es fácilmente explicado, aparte de ser altamente útil. Viene con actividades a realizar y explica como sacarles jugo. Altamente recomendado.

There's not so much to say. This is the best book about lucid dreaming. I have read it for the first time around 10 years ago and it continues to be the best. Concise, clear, helpful and right to the point. Extremely helpful for every lucid dreamer, both new and experienced.

Great book you learn how to get a lucid dream step by step it's worth every cent of my money normally I don't like books but I like this one🔥If you want to know how to lucid dream then this book is a great option. If you still haven't hath a lucid dream don't give up keep trying and you will succeed!
