Great cooling system
We live in a historic home without forced air. We purchased two of these one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They Workwell for our space and they a relatively silent operation considering they sit in the room. They give off plenty of cool air. I’d definitely recommend it and buy another in the future should we need to.

Cools well. Fairly loud. Odd adapter size
Pros:Cools as well as expected.Looks decent enough.Cons:When the AC kicks on, its pretty loud. Significantly louder than my previous portable Air Conditioner. I have to turn it off after 30 minutes because its just too loud to keep on.Adapter to fit in the window does not fit normal window sizes. I don't know who came up with this design but it makes little sense for the adapter to be as large as it is without any option for a normal sized adapter. I can make it work by cutting it, but seems like it should have come stock this way.I think if I were to choose again, I would have bought a different air conditioner. It does the job of cooling, but the sound output and adapter not fitting normal windows is something that could have had more attention on.

Great air conditioner
Was a great price and it cools my entire downstairs!! This air conditioner is not only a cooling unit it dehumidifies and has an option where it does both

Works great
Blows cold. Seems to need water drained more frequently than my previous AC did.
