Funny things is Our indian director remaked this story and make blockbuster(Dhoom3) and audiences appreciated it.

Identical to the UK version of the Blu-ray, but with lossy Dolby Digital 5.1 audio
The movie is an intelligent engrossing thriller by Christopher Nolan. And this blu-ray released in India is identical to the UK version released by Warner Bros. It includes the VC-1 codec and lossy Dolby Digital 5.1 audio. The US version released by Disney includes the MPEG-4 AVC codec and lossless PCM 5.1 codec. So the audio is certainly superior in the US version, but the same cannot be said about the video. Although the US version has the better codec and higher bit-rate, I feel the UK version looks overall better and especially in darker scenes. I also noticed few instances of DNR in the US version. Bonus features are same on all versions. So its a difficult choice, this Indian/UK version has better video and US version has better audio. It eventually depends on personal preference.
