Nice idea but more of a pain to use. I had to practice on some old food bags to get it right. Even after a few good runs there were leaks. it was 50 / 50 when sealing the bags. Oh, after the demo I took out the two AA batteries out and the batteries were hot to the touch ... i am mean really hot so it makes me wonder about the batteries during the sealing process. What will happen to the batteries and the union if the batteries get too hot.

We call this the battery eater in our house, if you don’t take them out this thing will suck the life right out of the batteries, works great with fresh new batteries or if you take them out every time, otherwise I hope you own stock in batteries, when it does work it works great so long as you have batteries 😂

I have had other similar type sealers and they have worked fine, this does work but it is very weak compared to other I have. I would not buy this again, but there are other models out there that work quite well.

I bought this to seal shrink wrap before using the heat gun for better packaging. It takes some trial and error to get used to, but once you've tried it out for a bit (which does unfortunately mean some waste) it's pretty easy to use. I do have a problem with sealing it from one end to the other, as it likes to skip at the beginning and end. It also can't be used for more than 1 minute at a time (per the instructions), so if you're going to be doing a lot of sealing, get something else.UPDATED REVIEW: I've only had this a few months and it already doesn't work anymore. At most I used it on 30 shrink wraps (most of which it messed up on), and I tried replacing the batteries but it won't get hot anymore. Pay a little more and get one elsewhere

I was very excited about this product and the chance that it would help me keep open potato chip bags controlled from clutter and closed for freshness. It is difficult to use and the magnet on the back did not hold it to my refrigerator. I thought this was a handy tool but it didn't last long because the magnet didn't hold and heat sealer broke. Very disappointed!🙁

Product only worked for two days then stopped working.

The sealer did much more than it was designed to do. I wanted to send a foam mattress back and I did not want the UPS folks to have to handle a queen and pay for packaging. Bought a queen storage bag, used this little beauty to seal the edge of the bag after vacuuming the mattress flat. I broke off the blade, as it just got in the way.

Love this product! OMG I don't know how i survived without this! Not great for things you will open and re-open more than 2-3 times,but for things you are done with after 2 uses, this product is amazing! Just follow the directions and it might take a few tries at first to get it right, but it works really well. No complaints!
