I absolutely love this smart scale! It does so much more than just show your weight. I love being able to track my body progress and see different measurements that help me stay motivated on my fitness journey. I love that it helps me focus on my overall health and progress instead of just one number on the scale. This weight scale is awesome! It records everything. I don’t know how it does what it does. I put my thumbs and hand on the bars and it does its thing. Very informative and good value for the money. One thing to know, the app must be open for it to record your data. After it records data, I have to take a picture of it because I cannot zoom in on that screen but that doesn’t bother me. The app has a lot of good information!

This one’s a little bit wider than your normal scale so it works out perfectly for somebody of my stature almost being 6 foot tall. It’s a little hard to see now you wanna make sure your feet are on correctly and everything cause you know your foot size this one is the perfect one. The app works great keeping up with letting you know how you’ve lost our game in the sounds that it makes are absolutely wonderful. It shows you your BMI and everything. It’s a very good scale.

Did I really need a smart scale? No. But I really wanted a scale that measured more precisely than 0.5 pound increments (especially when my intentional weight loss can be painfully slow). This scale is the perfect solution. It records my data to a free app and, on the app, I can track my trends. This is not a medical device. The biometic data is only a crude estimate and isn’t super accurate, but can be useful from the standpoint of comparing one point of time to another. The scale sends an imperceptible electrical impulse through the body and calculates the biometric results from the impedance coupled with height, weight, age, etc. A DEXA body composition scan is considered the gold standard. At some point in the future (when I have achieved my weight loss goal), I will likely have the DEXA scan and then compare the results to the biometric data from the scale.

This scale is truly smart. The body composition feature works and is so helpful as I am reshaping my body in my latter years. The app is a great compliment to the scale and provides. Alia La information. My dietician recommended this and I’m glad I got it.
