It's a Tilley. Lifetime guarantee, and they mean it. It should fit loose new. (I buy about two sizes up.) Wash COLD WATER ONLY EVER EVER EVER!!! I have a small fleet of Tilleys. Pull the front and back down like in the picture. That's how it should ride ya.
