Nice gadget for self massage on sore muscles after gym workout. Quiet and I only use on level 1 which is enough power for me.

I am always super skeptical of the reviews on Amazon since so many products have false reviews. I use a third party site to verify reviews. This massage gun got high marks for review authenticity so I decided to give it a shot. I work out regularly and am pretty active overall. I get frequent muscle tightness, soreness, and sometimes muscle spasms. I used this massage gun on my neck, shoulders, and back for about 20 minutes. There are a number of settings including a setting that allows you to increase the rigorousness of the massage by applying more pressure with the gun - that setting is my favorite. Overall I am thrilled with the incredible relief I got from this massage gun. IMO it can’t be beat for the price (I got it on sale for around $50). I enthusiastically recommend this product.
