Does it come with the batteries?

No, it did not come with batteries. It takes two AAA batteries not included. It does come with a little carrying case.

What is the difference between cms50 dl and the cms50 na ?

The cms50dl is an led readout and the cms50na is an OLED readout. The OLED is a much higher contrast and brighter display, higher pixel, better quality readout. Also the cms50na has rotatable display where the dl does not, i believe. For the money I really like our cms50na! Its lightweight but works well. Seems fairly simple and accurate.

Does this device have acoustic pulse monitoring as well? Is it beeping with the heart rate?
