Is the vernier scale accurate? When the 0 lines line up, the 10th line of the vernier scale has to line up with the 9th line on the rotating scale.

The vernier scale of each mic is supposed to be accurate. If any of them is not, you can follow the video to zero-set it. Please note that the mic in the video is not the same model as that in the question. But they are from the same MFG so they have the same zero-setting method. The zero-setting demo is at the very end of the video. Alternatively, you may submit a return request on Amazon to return it and get a new set. Thanks.
