Buttercream Peonies
Had a play with this nozzle today, piped some buttercream peonies. Lovely result. With the right consistency of buttercream, the nozzle does the work. Really pleased with the results, they looked so pretty on my cake. I find you need a fairly stiff butter cream made with half butter to icing sugar and no liquid. Don’t beat the buttercream to long to avoid air bubbles. A lovely frilly effect achieved very easily.
