If you are looking for an easy-to-use software with professional results, you should look into AnyTime Organizer Deluxe 16. This a very easy to use program for Daily Planning and organazation. I had a copy of this software about 20 years ago and decided to try it again. i was very impressed with the improvements and added features that are now part of this organazatinal program. It has the calander and the to do lists, it has an address book for contacts, a password organizer, an expense tracker. and a fun feature is a clock that you can put on your screen. I like the program a lot but I do wish that you could interact and exchange data with Microsoft Outlook. Perhaps in future revisions.

First problem: when installing software, the software wouldn't connect to server. I contacted tech support and tech support sent me a link to reinstall to bypass server. Now. Clock keeps crashing. I'm currently waiting on tech support to resolve this problem. Maybe they are reconstructing a new version or upgrade. I haven't heard from them . I will contact them soon. My time has been vert busy. I currently don't have a full working program. Also, the program is on Windows 11 Pro. The last software I had was version 12.1 which worked perfectly but not with Windows 11 Pro.

I had to replace the old version of this. I have become attached to this program over the years. Easy to enter data and print.

Once upon a time, AOD was one of the few indispensable programs on my computer. I've been a user since at least the early 2000s, and recently "upgraded" only because my old version only went to the year 2030. I say "upgraded" in quotes because the newer version doesn't have much that the older version didn't, and introduces new problems that outweigh the new features. For instance, I've always been able to keep track of what tasks I've done each day because I could check off completed tasks. I could go back in time and view what I did on a given day. In the case of repeating daily tasks, the "extra" unfinished tasks would roll over to the next day, but I simply deleted the "extra" task and checked off the current one. Now, with the latest version, deleting the old task doesn't work. It will simply roll over to the next day! The only way to "get rid" of a task is to mark it completed, even if I didn't do the same task twice in one day. That isn't the only problem, but just one example. Too bad Individual Software didn't just leave well enough alone and extend the calendar.

I use this software for the address book and it works great. I use it almost every day. It is very easy to use.

I have been using this software for over 10 years now and I appreciate the improvements made along the way.

I had this product for over 20 years and it stop working so ordered the new Version. Talked to Tech support many times and the features I like in the old version were not active anymore. I would find another product to buy.
