Very nice. Pricey - but worth it. The leather appears to be high quality. The fit for my Glock 19x was excellent. Required the expected break-in of the leather, but came with instructions on how to do that. By the next day the gun slips in and out of the holster effortlessly. Would definitely recommend for those carrying something bigger than you would want to stick in your waist band. Easily adjustable for a big guy. I'm 6 ft 220 and it still has several holes left. If I let it all the way out the gun hangs down to my belt line - not where you would want to carry it. All of the cheap stuff I looked at (Academy . . . ) drew up instead of out and hung underneath my arm pit - making them useless. By adjusting the straps to uneven holes you can even adjust the angle at which the gun hangs. The only negative is the price - but again - worth it to get something that fits and works properly. I also purchased the tie downs and would recommend them as well.

I love this holster, it works great for my Glock 22, when I wear a jacket or a suit jacket no one can tell I am carrying a fire arm which is the idea. The holster is comfortable and doesn't make you hot like some of the other ones, I think that has to do with the quality of the leather and as you can tell n=by my post it is of high quality and well worth the asking price. I didn't have to harass the company about when it would be in because it came in a timely fashion.

I shopped around for a while for a holster, and was hesitant to spend the money to get this one.. but I must admit that I have been more than satisfied with this one despite the cost. The leather is very high quality and it fits my glock 17 like a glove after following the instructions in the manual to adjust the fit. The sideways magazine carrier holds them in well, they don't seem likely to fall out or anything, yet it is easy enough to quickly remove and insert them. I can sit in a chair and have the pistol on me and move about uninhibited unlike with other types of holsters. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a Glock 17, the leather fully covers the trigger area and therefore it would be virtually impossibly for the trigger to get pulled while the gun in sheathed. This provides an extra level of safety over just the glock's trigger safety and makes me feel much more comfortable carrying the glock concealed.

Got this from my wife for Christmas. It’s a nice holster and the leather seems great but it is just too snug for a gen 5 Glock 17. It advertises that it fits gen 1-5 but the gen 5 is a little wider. When I practiced a draw, I needed two hands to be able to quickly draw because it is too tight in the holster. This is a safety problem in my experience so I decided to return it.Fair warning, the seller charges a restocking fee of 10%, plus requires you to pay for shipping. So make sure it fits or you’re paying a quarter of the price of the holster just to return it. I figured in 2023 we were past all those extra fees, but apparently I was wrong

Comfort was really great, but need longer belt straps (6’1” tall)

I owned one of the original Jackass shoulder rigs for a S&W 669 in the '80s and really liked it. I purchased this for my Glock 23, but it works fine with my G17, also. I had to do a little triming on the thumb-break strap to clear my Crimson Trace grip mounted lasers that are on both of my Glocks. For a stock weapon, this wouldn't be necessary.Being a weapon specific molded leather holster, it was a very tight fit at first. Putting the unloaded weapon in a heavy plastic bag and leaving in the holster for a couple days helped somewhat (also do this for the mag pouches). But, it really took a couple of hours of just shoving the gun (properly cleared, of course) in and out of the holster while watching TV, to loosen it up enough to draw it one handed. Be prepared to do this hundreds of times, but it's worth it. Then if the holster loosens up more over time, you can use the tension screws to tighten it up.The holster quality is great and as good as the quality of the Jackass rig from the 80's and it's still made in the US.I've had this holster for about a month now and would highly recommend it for anyone needing a good shoulder rig.

Great Shoulder Holster rig! Comfortable and easy to assemble and to use, no issues what so ever, once you break it in, it allows for a smooth draw. Also it's made from very high quality materials and I believe will last a long time. Don't think I'll ever be going back to a belt holster for CC.

The quality of this holster is aces. If you’re looking for a good shoulder holster, just get this.I did a ton of research and you just can’t lose with Galco.
