Poor product and poor customer service
I spent three hours with two other people putting this together, only to find that it is so small it looks like children’s furniture. Adults can’t sit comfortably as the seats are so low and the canopy is so low you can’t sit under it. The fabric looks cheap too. Had great difficulty arranging a collection day as they only do weekdays between 7 and 7 and can’t specify a time. I spoke to an advisor and was promised a call back from a manager. I never got one. I left voicemails and sent emails outlining my issues and requesting to speak to a manager, again, nobody contacted me. I won’t be buying from Comfy Living again.

Make sure you have some ball tipped Allen keys to assemble as this makes it a lot easier
The Build plans are very poor,the stickers which should be stuck to the items had fallen off,which made it very difficult to assemble as did not know which part was which.Would be better colour coded , or an on line assembly guide.The canopy with the gas struts was impossible to work out,if i was not an engineer i would have sent it all back,being unable to fix it together.4 hours later its a great addition to our garden,everybody want to sleep on it .This is a fantastic produce but just needs someone to Make to drawings easy to follow ,possible an on line picture profile for the customer to follow.With this in place the sales would be out of this world.Mr S

It is difficult to set up, with very bad instruction book. But at the end after many hours it worths
