The HQMPC Garden Hose Quick Connect fittings are heavy duty and well made. I have these on three garden hoses, sprinkler attachments, and my pressure washer. They make changing water hose devices fast and easy. There has never been a leak on any of the connections. When installing them, I put a very thin film of food grade silicon grease that keeps them lubed and working smoothly. I like that the end of my garden hose and attachments can swivel when necessary. This help keep the garden hoses from kinking. Every winter when it's time to disconnect the garden hoses, the task is super easy. Instead of getting pliers and unscrewing the hoses, I just push the brass connection and the hose comes right off. These are well worth the cost. 5 stars!

Finally ... a product that makes changing the hose and/or spray nozzles seamless and easy. Ordered these brass connectors after tiring of unscrewing and screwing hoses, reel connectors, etc. Product arrived as committed by the Seller. Both sets of durable brass connectors were well constructed, perfectly packaged, and arrived with 4 washers. Used one set in the front yard and another set in the backyard. Hoses and/or sprayers can be easily swapped by simply pulling down the connector. No loss of water pressure either. Did have a hose where the coupling design was somewhat deep. Had to use 2 washers to eliminate drips with the brass connector. All works fine. Good product!

I've bought around 20 of these, so I decided it's time to leave a review. These fittings are weighty, sturdy, and feel high quality. Installation is a breeze (please use Teflon/Plumbers Tape). The male end will go on the end of your hose, and the female ends will go on your attachments. Simply pull the sliding sleeve back and it will release. Literally every hose connection on my property has been converted to these quick connects. They are so useful, fast, and easy to use that is has actually changed the way I use my hoses. Below are a few wonderful improvements to my hose game: 1) I now never hesitate to disconnect my hoses from the spigot when temps get low. Takes less than a second per hose, no tools required. Saves your hoses, spray nozzles, and your spigots from freeze damage! 2) I use wheeled hose carts, and the connection from the spigot to the cart can rotate during use. These fittings allow free rotation within the connection, eliminating the eventual loosening of that and any other connection. 3) Once you get good at connecting and disconnecting, you don't have to turn off the water before doing either. I can, for example, disconnect my sprayer from my hose while the spigot is on full blast if I want to change to a different connection, or just use it full flow. I can also re-connect my sprayer nozzle so quickly that I don't get sprayed with water all over. Eliminates trips back and forth from the spigot. 4) I use 25' hoses, but I can quickly and easily daisy-chain my two hose carts together to get a 50' hose situation going if I need it. 5) I believe these fittings will save my spigots from corrosion damage. The fittings allow all the water to drain when disconnected, and even if these brass fittings somehow get corrosion anyway, it isn't a huge problem since you don't have to use threads to connect/disconnect from the spigot. I havn't tried any other brands/styles of quick connect fittings, so I can't say if these are the best quick connect fittings out there. I can say that the only problem I've ever had with these is that while under high pressure, if you flex the joint a lot, water may spray out from the connection, but you really have to try.

The product is solid and comes with enough rubber washers and inserts. Easy install. Shipping was trash. Almost waited a month for these because of consistent delays. That is the only reason I will hesitate on purchasing thru them again.

These work really well with no leaks and seem to be high-quality brass. I use them on my motorhome water inlet and on my home hose connection to easily switch between the hose nozzle and filling my tanks. Great value for the money.

Very well constructed. Easy to install with a little Never-Seize spread on threads. Recommend tightening with crescent or other wrench for tight seal. LOVE these. I've ordered 3 packs.

These are nicely made connectors that fit together (and to the "orange and grey" nylon make) very well. One thing I never considered or asked about before ordering them is that the female (slip sleeve part) connector does NOT have a water flow shut-off so you if you disconnect your watering nozzle or sprinkler etc with the faucet on you're going to get wet. Otherwise, 5 stars for the product itself!

Does exactly what I want. Easy to unhook hose by pulling on it. Good price and good solid metal. Has not leaked since I installed them.

Solid and well made. But stiff and requires a little extra effort to connect and unconnect.
