Lights worked great, until 1 blew 24 hours after receiving them.
I would give it 5 stars, but 1 of my bulbs blew this morning. Good thing I ordered the 4 pack. Hopefully I get it replaced and the others last more than 24 hours. Beyond that the bulbs work fine in my strobe flash.

Bulbs Can’t Be Used With Dimmer Lamp
I’m giving these lightbulbs a second try. I have a dimmer light that you can’t dim but have to unplug the cord from the wall to turn it off. If you dim the light with these bulbs, they blow out. So far this manual workaround works.

Half didn't work. Nice and Bright.
Only 2 out of 4 of them worked. The ones that did work were great. Nice and bright. Worked as modeling lights in my Profoto Acute Heads.
