Had considerable problems enabling BlueTooth and their Customer Support persisted in fixing it. Turns out that I had NOT paired the device on my phone correctly. Since the device connected effortlessly and allowed setting the heat and vibration levels, I had completely skipped the normal pairing on my phone's menu. I kept trying to do this later and crashing the App. Until I got on the phone with their Support yet again and they led me through the extremely simple procedure to switch on the belt and just use the previously-uploaded settings.Initial charge takes about 2-3 hours and the supplied charger (wall-only, no USB port or cable :-) but universal voltage and frequency 100-260v, 50/60 Hz) clearly shows this by turning green from red. Ran it at 46 Deg C and medium vibration for ~1 hour and it still shows 30% charge.Very comfortable to wear, unless it's extremely hot and sweaty. Extender belt provided in case the beer belly has enlarged beyond 40"!

The media could not be loaded. Purchased in July 20, but after six month it is not working, there is local made chargeable battery, which does not work properly, no response from sandpuppy, they makes fool only, please don't purchase as after sale service is very poor, they never want to resolve problem even item is under warranty....

*UPDATE AFTER 2.5 YEARS*Well it's taken time, but looks like they finally figured out the quality issues with the belt and the new design seems much more reliable.Credit to the Sandpuppy team for not giving up. And the interaction with the team has been much more positive now as well, they are eager to help and replace the damaged belt quickly.Changing my review to 4 stars for now. The belt itself is excellent of course, that was never in question. Very useful and effective. But as I am on my 5th belt in 2.5 years, still a bit cautious...If this one lasts till the end of 2021 without issues, will be glad to change to 5 stars as well.------------------------------------------*OLD REVIEW*The belt itself is good- comfortable to wear, good fit, helps with back pain, adjustable vibration and heat. The app is also good.My first belt stopped working after ~3 months. It stopped charging at all. After several messages and calls, the customer service finally picked up the product from my address and sent a replacement after 2 WEEKS.2nd belt also stopped working after another ~4 months- no vibration. Again, the belt was replaced after 2 WEEKS of complaints and messages.3rd belt stopped working after 2 months- the vibration button is not responding. Replacement belt was sent after 2 WEEKS again.4th belt has stopped working again after 2 months. It has already been 2 WEEKS now, I have sent 22 messages to the customer service, and called them. Still NOT RECEIVED the replacement, even though it is under 1 year warranty.So the product is useful, but there are SEVERE QUALITY ISSUES.Each belt only LASTS FOR 2-3 MONTHS before it stops working.The warranty only lasts 1 year. Which means the belt costs Rs. 4,000 for just 1 year of use. Definitely NOT WORTH IT.

After two days of use found the device excellent and built quality just too good,but only problem is it takes more time to recharge than useage time. I feel battery capacity should be more with fast charging. Don't buy if you can't afford charging time. It really takes long time maybe 3-4 hours for 1 hour useage on medium heat without virbration.

I have been looking online for a product that fits my needs, my lifestyle, my budget and my small suitcase.I am not somebody with back pain issues but I live with one foot close to the North pole in Stockholm and one in New Delhi which means extensive travel and varied temperatures cause a stiff back and stress related aches.I took a chance on the SandPuppy fitbelt and I am ecstatic, my risk taking abilities paid off very well.I cannot anymore imagine travel without it, helped with keeping my lower back stress free and gave me a light massage which is heaven when you travel long distances. Arriving in 4 degrees @stockholm, the deep heat gave me the needed protection for my back and the warmth made Stockholm so much more beautiful.In stockholm I keep the belt on during my bicycle rides to work and at work the app installed on my iPhone makes the shifts in control so convenient.I shamelessly wore it most day since the experience is rejuvenating and on a long working day the warmth is so comforting with a light massage during meetings.I just wish the battery life was a bit longer so It would live up to my day.Well all went well, till a swedish friend noticed my fitbelt and she who genuinely struggles with back pain, tried it and now its hers,its not a chance that I could claim even one hour of the services of the fitbelt.... I have no chance to get it back but to be back in India and order a new one.I hear her mother in law is claiming ownership too and hence the order rises to 2, which Amazon has restricted so someone will have to wait.5 stars to SandPuppy, and 7 stars to amazon for such a great product and with value for money....your fan following now goes up till the North pole.

This product is a total waste of money . Charging takes 6 hrs or more . Charge runs out very soon . It will not be there ready to use when required as it can’t be plugged in and used .Huge mistake !!
