Very useful and sensitive . Easily picked up abnormal heart sounds and murmurs .

Hatte schon immer Littmann Stethoskope aber dieses war jetzt das teuerste. Hörqualiät super aber leider sitzen die Membran und der Gummiring auf dem Trichter viel zu locker und sind mir mehrfach abgefallen, habe sie nur mit Glück nicht verloren. Meine Problemlösung war jetzt fest kleben. Das ist zwar praktikabel aber für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Zusätzlich verschwindet der Aufdruck auf der Membran bei häufigem desinfizieren. Eigentlich ein tolles Stethoskop aber anscheinend habe ich die Montagsversion erwischt.

Es un estetoscopio con doble membrana y el tubo más grueso. El color es igual que en la foto, el sonido se oye muy bien.La única pega no es el producto, sino el trasporte del mismo y su empaquetado, el producto ha llegado dentro de una caja dando golpes fuera de la caja original por falta de relleno dentro del paquete, y me parece vergonzoso.
