Really happy with this knee strap. It's easy to put on and adjust, and it stays comfortable even with extended wear. It's exactly what I needed to relieve my knee pain — I noticed a difference pretty quickly. Would recommend to anyone dealing with patella tendon discomfort.

Although it helps most of the time l find that the band around the back of my knee causes a bit of Good soreness and it tends lose it,s tightness and needs refitting.

Has relived the knee pain around 85%, much better than cortisone injections, which I find are a bit hit and miss. I am not totally pain free, but can now manage a walk without too much difficulty. Also the swelling in my knees has reduced considerably

I was able to get down stairs without any discomfort. It even support my knee during my Scottish dancing session. The only problem is, the strap cause skin irritation at the back of my knee, so cannot wear it for long without insertion of a soft material in between! At present this product do show positive results.
