Cleanse More, 60 capsules

In the hopes that this review will help someone in a similar situation, I'm dealing with a grade 2 rectocile and constipation. As we know, you have to find what works best for you, but I have found this to be an excellent addition once or twice a week. I reserve a laxative to emergancy situations only and am able to manage pretty well with diet, magnesium, probiotic, and occasional stool softner. The hardest part for me is to not push. It makes everything worse. The cleansemore is probably my favorite. It is gentle, no pushing, and it never fails, I will actually go twice the following morning. Nothing makes me go twice and I have immediate relief. It really does cleanse and empty your bowels. I only take 1 pill and there are no stomach pains or any discomfort. It works within 8-12 hours for me.

This is by far my most valuable gastrointestinal cleanser I’ve ever used. I depend on it. My Healthcoach recommends this brand because of the great ingredients. I’ve been using it occasionally when needed for probably 3 years. It gives me relief with a lot of long soft stools. No diarrhea or cramping. Just natural bowel movements. Every since my last birth I've had problem with constipation and irregularities and it's very uncomfortable and aggravating, I've tried multiple brands and it either don't work or the stimulants are harsh but the brand is by far the best no harsh stimulants, doesn't make you run back and forth to the bathroom and actually worked with in 4 hours for me been takin it for a week and actually know I go to the bathroom at least twice a day,my body feels a whole lot better and don't have that stuffed, lazy feeling anymore, I would purchase again and again and again just to keep in my medicine cabinet

This product contains "Magnesium hydroxide, Cape Aloe leaf, Rhubarb root, Slippery Elm bark, Marshmallow root, and Triphala (blend of Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki)", according to the company's website. The "natural" compounds, along with the magnesium, do what it says, and taken with a fiber supplement, like "Sundown Naturals Colon Cleanser", works great.

I had to have an operation for a fissure I had and the Dr. recommended a different name brand. I did like them at all. Wife researched these and I tried. I have not looked back. Been using these for over a year and have perfect "No Hurt" stools. I highly recommend. These perform nice bowel movements. One thing I will mention is that after my routine colostomy, the Dr. did show me pictures that these do give your dark stains in your colon area. I believe this is from the root they use in the formula. Dr. stated nothing to worry about. It just looks different than the normal gland pink you would like to see.
