I purchased this cover as a backup to my existing car cover. Today I put it on my 2004 BMW Series 5. There was a strong chemical smell which came off the cover as I unfolded it on my car. Kinda like petroleum. According to the manuafacturing sizing suggestion I ordered a “L” (large) for the length up to 191”. It appears quite small on my car so I will see if the sun will help to smooth out the wrinkles and give it a better fit. I have attached photos to show that the stitching is not well done. Hope this will not cause the cover to tear. The wind is very strong and keeps lifting the cover on the car. I will tighten the ties and hope that the stitching on the cover does not break with the tension.02/15/19 UpdateWe just had a wind/rain storm. This car cover did not pass the test. Due to poor stitching the elastic was very loose and did not hold on to the car. Had to change rating from 3 stars to 2 stars. The ties held on to the car but the rain blew on to the car where the cover came off the hood.

I don't have garage access, so I bought this car cover for my car to keep the leaves, tree sap, animal/bird droppings and weather off it. it is waterproof! After a few days of big snow, my car was dry and so was the inside of the cover. Snow removal has been fairly easy so far using a car brush. Overall, it's very functional, does what it's supposed to, and does it well. Worth the money spent.

We have a car that we need to leave outside. We get plenty of dust and some rain and snow this time of year. This isn't a permanent scenario, so I wanted a relatively inexpensive solution. This cover was a great fit for our Mazda3 sedan. I love that it includes mirror pockets, complete with reflective tape on the mirrors and at the four corners of the car. The real bonus were ties on the edges that were designed to tie to the spokes of the wheels. This keeps the cover on the car, even with wind. Front and back have elastic, so pull to underneath those areas. Great cover. Highly recommend it for a short term option. I'm only expecting a few months of durability from it, at this price point.

Confession - I bought this to cover my ATV and trailer, not a car. This UV resistant cover comes in a nice storage bag for when you are not using it. The material is strong - it didn’t tear for all my pulling to get it over the vehicle. It has places to align the cover over the side mirrors, and a zipper to allow access to the drivers side door. 2 elastic bands with clips are used to secure it to your car so it doesn’t blow off. I am happy with the quality and the size - it works perfect for me.

Product not as described. NOT waterproof. Does not have front and rear straps, only a lot of useless buckles. Would not recommend.

I dont know why I was expecting this to be as thick as a window curtains for example but is is a very thin material. Almost like a fitted bed sheet. Not sure how much this is going to protect the car from a cat scratching its way down from the roof rack. For UV and sun protection it works really well. Nothing comes in. The light reflectors are a very small bonus. It works for my use case, Just wanted to protect it from everyday dirt and sun.

This cover has prevented the doors on my 2005 Chevy Malibu from icing up and making the car undriveable. My husband loves it as snow, sleet and ice slide right off!

We have one car garage and I have two cars. The second car always stays outside. so I bought this product. We get plenty of dust, rain and snow this time of year. It is waterproof. This cover is a great fit and include mirror pockets. I think it is very good.
