Unacceptable
Recieved this item about a month ago and upon reciept i noticed defects on the structure of the table and was generally disappointed with the workmanship on the item. To avoid hassle i decided to seek compensation instead of sending it back, and duly accepted £65, and as requested i signed a waiver over future problems with the table, this was an error in judgement on my part and in hindsight i wouldnt have been as willing. The manufacturers/distributors must have known something i didnt because as soon as i played on it again i noticed small holes in the playing surface. This product is not durable and is poorly made. The cushions provide poor bounce. The cloth used is not durable and is very slow! The only compliment i can give is for the leg design which provides decent stability but knowing the luck ive had so far with this product i expect that as i am writing this the table would have come crashing down. Do not buy this product

Exposed screwheads protrude into corner pockets damaging snooker and pool balls.
At first glance, looked like a good prospect as there seems to be a lack of higher end (home) snooker tables and/or snooker-pool tables i.e. pool tables marked up as snooker tables.Purchased as a Christmas gift but, after only a couple of days use, we noticed that the snooker balls were scratched/chipped. Discovered (following a couple of grazed knuckles) that the adjustable legs are secured by a turning knob that leaves screwheads exposed and protruding into each of the corner pockets.BCE Riley's customer service team have been very diligent and have offered a retro-fit cover for the screwheads and new sets of balls but we have also now found a fault (hole) in the felt on the underside of one of the cushions. In last few days we have also noticed that the table bed doesn't now appear to run true in the middle of the table.Update 27.01.21BCE Riley have now offered to replace the table and supply covers for the 'offending' screws with the replacement table

Poor design makes it dangerous
Very poor design. I have had one of these for a few years and now need to dispose of it. After less than a year noticed the balls didn't run properly - looked at the underside and saw the weight of the top had cracked the msf supporting planks at each side. When assessing realised that the design was poor and it was not surprising it had broken the weight if the top is far too heavy to be supported over time by the relatively week wood supports. Just glad that it hadn't collapsed on someone as the weight of this is immense. Had purchased to place in a room upstairs but there was no way two people could carry it upstairs. Contacted the manufacturer and they say only a six month guarantee supplied and they had not had many complaints of this problem - which suggests they had some others. Would consider this a dangerous piece and would not purchase anything like this again and would want a better guarantee from the manufacturer.
