Rough Country 2" Leveling Kit for 2000-2006 Chevy/GMC Tahoe/Yukon - 27330

All was great, just replaced 3/4 rear spacers with 2 inch ones and gave it better stance. Totally even with just the kit

I originally purchased this kit because I needed four shocks for the wife's 2000 Yukon. It would have cost more to purchase shocks separately so figured might as well level the vehicle while I am at it. I have not installed this kit yet but have the same one on my 03 Silverado and cost/value ratio is amazing for these products. Item arrived neatly packaged and containing all parts necessary. Take your time and be safe when unloading the torsion bars. The kit is awesome. It went right on and looks and drives excellent.

Excessive Bouncing: "The car continues to bounce up and down multiple times after hitting a bump, dip, or railroad tracks rather than settling quickly." Nosediving / Nose-Diving: "When applying the brakes firmly, the front end of the vehicle dips heavily toward the ground." Rear End Squat: "When accelerating from a stop, the rear end pitches down noticeably." Body Roll / Swaying: "The vehicle leans heavily or sways side-to-side when turning corners or making sudden lane changes." Instability / "Floating" Feeling: "At highway speeds, the ride feels loose, floaty, or unstable, especially over uneven pavement or in high crosswinds." Bottoming Out: "The suspension hits the bump stops hard when going over speed bumps or moderate dips in the road."

Rear shocks bolt eyes are too big so makes it rattle

Overall this kit is decent. I installed this on my 03 suburban and it looks and rides much better. The shocks are easy to replace and install and the rear spacers work great with my new ac delco coil springs. One complaint I have is with the torsion bar keys provided in this kit. They gave me about a half inch lift after install and I had to sock the torsion bolts all the way to get that half inch. I eventually spent another $150 on some Pro Comp keys that gave me 2 1/2 inch lift with room for more. So that's my one and only complaint. The torsion keys. I honestly would pay another hundred bucks to have better Keys included. I would still recommend this product.

It worked perfect cuz I had a little tire rub and now I have zero rub even in tight turns

Key lifted the truck via torsion bars. The shocks only lasted 1 year and now rides very rough.
