Some Results GROSSLY Incorrect: DR. and Lab Confirmed
I just came down from the most horrific experience of my life. Thanks to this test... I only got this test because my fingernails appeared to be a little pale towards the cuticle and upon research, I learned it COULD mean liver or kidney problems. I wasn't super concerned until I learned that kidney's cannot be repaired and damage cannot be reversed. So I decided I better try to get test strips just to check and let it go, vs worrying and not knowing.I noticed nearly all other home urinalysis test strips are 10-parameter, but when I seen 14-parameter, I assumed I was getting a great find. By the time I got the test in the mail, I had already forgotten I ordered it. I went to use it right away. When I first tried it, it was a mess. The colors bled everywhere. So I decided to get a new dropper (I have a bunch of them from a craft I was working on) and I took each test, one at a time to make sure there were no skewed results. What I noticed is that many colors do not match. I mean, way off. So for example, if "normal" is Orange, and “abnormal” is Red, but the test strip result is "green," how do you match that? Yes, that's a bit of a dramatic example, but that was the confusion with some of the results. I found myself saying, ”I can't tell what the results are. The color chart is not a comparison to this test strip color…” Not good. When I checked my protein on these strips, it was "Normal" (even though the color was way different, it was at least close enough for me to tell/assume.) I was feeling great because I knew protein was a big indicator of kidney issues, and with no protein in the urine, I was good! But when I took the microalbumin and creatinine test, I was literally shocked to see those results showed I was pretty bad off (pics posted). I was angry to see that creatinine color chart goes from 0.9 WAY UP TO 4.4 (Ummm, why such a large gap between normal and, “you’re probably are in kidney failure!?”)Yet the PDF states that normal range for creatinine is 0.9-1.8, but there is no “1.8” on the color chart so we can see we at least fall there!? WHAT!? So we are supposed to guess how screwed we are??? I don't get that.Nonetheless, based on my color chart and test results, my creatinine and microalbumin where outside normal range. I read that these two parameters need to be read as a ratio. When I used an online calculator, it showed I was "SEVERE" and I severe means “likely Renal Failure." How can this be when my urine is light yellow-clear, my back kidney area doesn't hurt even if punched, my urine frequency remained the same, no protein in urine, no diabetes, normal blood pressure, etc.; yet, according to these strips, I have "SEVERE" amounts of "microalbumin" (protein), and SEVERE amounts of Creatinine???I was terrified at this point. SHAKING. So I decided to retest a few hours later. THIS TIME, I took two tests which showed my creatinine and microalbumin where OFF THE CHARTS, darker than the darkest color on their respective color chart (No pic was taken as I was too distraught). I retested right away hoping it would at least be back to the color I seen earlier that day. Nope. Same. Upon research, I learned these two things change over periods of time, especially micro albumin. So how can my kidneys suddenly just give up and allow these two things to go crazy? At this point, I should have known something was wrong with these tests, but I figured since BOTH showed so far off, they must be accurate…I immediately contacted a loved one who is a 30-year Registered Nurse and told her what was going on and showed her the test strip results. She tried her darnedest to reassure me that this test was wrong and to throw it away. She tried her darnedest to try to explain to me how these things work and how if these two numbers were this high (although kidney issues don’t always have symptoms in the beginning), I most definitely would notice SOMETHING OFF, and protein would show abnormal results as well. She then showed the pictures I sent her friend, a 35-year doctor of medicine, who confirmed that something is very wrong with the results of these test strips, as nothing was lining up based on the severity these strips were indicating, and lack of protein in urine, and lack of symptoms given so-called severity. He also said to throw them away. He said he is certain the strips information was incorrect, but told me to reassure myself, go to my doctor to get REAL LABS.As much as I fully trust my loved-one nurse, her wisdom did not stick. I was too distraught. I cried all night, grieving for the loss of my kidneys, grieving over normalcy as I knew it, knowing that dialysis comes first, then after you’re so tired of that you decide to wait for a kidney which is not a fix (just buying a little more time). I literally didn’t sleep that night, waiting for the urgent care to open the next morning so I can dart in without having to wait to make an appointment. When I got to urgent care, my blood pressure was 148/101 (103/68 now that I know I’m not in renal failure!) I was in mental anguish. I felt like I was waiting for the Gas Chamber. The in office urinalysis indicated everything was normal. Great, BUT it only tested the 10 things that I already knew WOULD be normal because this test actually showed that, including normal protein. The albumin and creatinine had to be ordered through bloodwork, as the doctor explained, “This is exactly why we don’t test this in urine because it’s incredibly unreliable. Especially when we’re talking about a home-urinalysis.” I got a full Kidney, Liver, CBC/diff, and Lipid test. Petty much, the doctor tested everything she could to make sure I was okay…because THIS TEST said I was not. This doctor also explained that there was absolutely nothing that would even make her the least bit concerned after seeing me and seeing the urinalysis from the office lab come back. She said that each parameter that tests the same organ would show issues when the numbers are as bad as my test strips said. All of the attempt from MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS to ease my anxiety did little. I could not understand how two parameters could show such serious results. Both parameters that work together and indicate kidney problems, yet all the other results showed normal, just as they did in the doctors office. The wait for the blood results were terrible. Trying to put on a happy face and pretend all was well was absolutely excruciating. I was suffering through unimaginable stress. I didn’t eat because I was SCARED that perhaps I would accidentally eat something that is bad for people with kidney disease, or that I would eat protein and strain what was left of my “failing kidneys”. Every normal minor ache turned into “OMG, I bet that’s from my kidney’s” I got a terrible headache, “OMG, my kidney’s are letting toxins take over and my headache is because I’m super toxic (vs. simply being stressed from the overwhelming worry).”Days later, blood test finally came in… NORMAL. EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL. EVERYTHING!!! As I said before, even the URINE TEST showed my kidneys were normal. I am BEYOND ticked off. That spike in blood pressure was NOT GOOD for the very organ I was concerned about, nor my BRAIN, nor my HEART!HOW could this test be so off??? What the heck was this test picking up? Now I see why nearly all home test are TEN PARAMETER test vs. 14 parameter. Because those extra four parameters are not accurate and can clearly react to other things that maybe you ate or something else that is not dangerous. Inaccurate results, even when all ends up well in reality, can cause unnecessary and devastating suffering. What if someone has extreme hypochondria or already on the edge? There should be a disclosure that lets consumers know that these may not be accurate, but yet their marketing touts about accuracy, “Advanced Technology” and “99% Accuracy” to be exact! This can send someone into a complete tailspin of dark outcomes and despair if the results are in fact incorrect.USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Always get periodical lab results to back up your test strips if you choose to use them. If you have health anxiety or are a hypochondriac, consider avoiding them and only use your doctor’s advice and testing. I’d use a pipette to test ONE PARAMETER AT A TIME. It takes more time, but at least you’ll know. You can by 100 plastic pipettes online for dollars. You can also use your phone’s video camera to record as you drop urine on the strips. When you go back to play it, you can time it right from your counter during playback and pause it at the parameters time. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE STRIPS, but IF you choose to use them, that’s my advice to at least make testing easier.I know this is a long review, but just in case someone is suffering from results on their test strip, they can at least see my experience to help calm them until they see a doctor and/or get REAL LAB RESULTS.I can finally eat and sleep again. However, I am not 100% back to normal mentally. My mind has NOT been able to reconcile what/how could these strips test so “off”. It caused me to second guess so much reason and question, “If the strips say they are 99% accurate, who is wrong, Life20 (test strips) purchased online; or my doctor, my nurse loved one, another 35-year doctor, and the labs?” I know I am okay, just trying to accept such failure from these strips. Nonetheless, I am truly thanking God that these test strips suck and I can continue to love my temple (my body) through good nutrition, no illicit drugs, and drinking plenty of water.Take care of what health you have, and best wishes to you all!

ALL results actually make sense & most tests in one strip.
I've tested a few other urine strips and the ones that have multiple tests usually have one or two tests that were completely off. To the point that I should be near dead if they were accurate. I figured this was normal given the cheap price and, sometimes 150 count of tests that it comes with. None of those test strips included Microalbumin and Creatinine and I thought this was normal because they were so cheap. This new product caught my eye because it had those two, usually expensive tests, and even threw in an Ascorbate test too, in addition to the normal set of tests. Against the odds, I thought I'd order it to see how accurate it was and if it could replace the other cheap strips I had used. Although I haven't tested the whole range of each test, I can say the results did match correctly, even the expensive ones, compared to the doctor's equipment. I'm really thrilled with it so far but would give two points of caution if you're using this review to guide you on its purchase.First, this set of test strips comes with 100 count of tests, not 150, but it is SO worth it. I would gladly pay 50% more for test strips if they are actually accurate and provide more tests, and include more of the important tests, than 50% more strips that include inaccurate results. Second, I was not able to validate the blood content strip at all. I think that will be easy to confirm by another reviewer eventually.Otherwise, I see this urine test strip product storming the rest in Amazon in short order. I can't predict if the results will be as accurate for me for the same product in the future or if the seller changes it to make a profit, but I can tell you if it doesn't change I will continue buying more of these and I highly recommend them so far.

Easy to use
I have used a lot of test strips both in the lab and at home. These are easy to use and typical of most test strips I have used. The test result indicators are sequential based on the color chart. Even though the test result "square" is larger than the color chart "square" it is not difficult to move the test strip to align with the color chart. Some commenters mention it is too difficult to line the test strip with the color chart. I highly disagree and this should not be a problem for most people. If you do find it too difficult to line up the test strip with the color chart, I HIGHLY recommend you do not use any type of home medical test. Instead, please go to a licensed medical professional to assist you with your medical concerns. That said, I have yet to compare the test results with professional laboratory test results, but I will update when completed.

Confusing Misaligned Color Coding Panels
Fairly confusing test strips. They may or may not be accurate....but the panels on the test strip do not seem to easily line up with the color panels on the bottle. Without lining up easily......you have to keep moving them up and down....reading the categories....line them up again ......by the time you move them up and down to try and find the correct test category ...the time has passed and you cannot be sure if you even read the right results. At the very least...besides expecting accuracy.....the panels on the test strips should line up with the corresponding range readings on the bottle. It shouldn’t have to be this difficult.

Inconsistent with hospital results
I don’t know if the hospital tests are off or if these are, but I tested positive/high on these strips for multiple issues then the same morning tested normal at the hospital. Every time I tried these strips, same results..
