Very good book, full of information, images are little smaller but it is ok to identify as a beginner.....

I have been trying to find a book like this. Others are too costly. This book is pocket size, easy to carry and a marvelous field guide. And there is enough details and descriptions, written in a precise way. It is a must to have for young zoologists and people who love butterflies.

The media could not be loaded. The video is just to show how thin and small the book is, I was expecting more species, more pages, only 176 pages and the dimensions are smaller and than A5 paper. Bit disappointed. Need a better book.

Very good quality pages, compact book and good photographs. Habitats, distribution are well mentioned. Only thing that's missing is host plant and nectar plants. A few butterflies were missing. Also, I couldn't identify common palm fly with the images given. It's more colorful than the images provided in the book.Nevertheless, this is an amazing book for beginners. Caterpillar images would be a great addition for field guide.This book has helped me in identifying lots of butterflies around my town.
