Totoro Doll Ornaments Mini Succulents Flower Pot (Yellow)

I actually did check the measurements before making my purchase but still, the size of this thing still surprised me when I finally saw it in person!! See the photo for a size comparison with my lip balm.No typical-sized plant will fit in this. You can perhaps use it if you're propagating a single succulent leaf but even so, I wouldn't recommend it for any kind of plant that needs a drainage hole because the tiny pot/planter does NOT have one. What I do recommend using this for is the smaller variety of air plants and that's about it.As far as quality goes, it's pretty good. Painting is decent and it doesn't look or feel cheap. Only thing to worry about is how fragile this is. Look at the other reviewer's photos and you'll see which part is prone to breaking off. Mine came intact (thank goodness) although the bottom of Totoro's feet isn't leveled properly so he's kinda tilting a bit when I place him on a flat surface. It's kinda annoying actually which is why I'm taking off a star.

My husband brought this for me for my birthday and he was very disappointed in it's size. I, however, LOVE it!! It may be small (similar in size to the photos other posted, but mine is the totoro pushing the cart). If you need a spot to grow a succulent from a leaf (Are they leaves?), then this guy is perfect. If you just want a cute trinket, to grow a tiny succulent, use it as a ring holder, or for something else small (Fish tank decor)? Then it's perfect for you too!

This IS an adorable and accurate depiction of our beloved Totoro and friends. The emphasis should be on MICRO and MINI. This CAN fit VERY SMALL plants but is a figurine first. I am happy with the purchase but feel its a little overpriced for the size. That being said my little girl LOVES it. I just want future buyers to be aware you can fit a 1 inch wide MAXIMUM plant in this VERY SMALL planter. Don’t buy this for your garden - buy it for your window sill if you are planning on putting a plant in it.

The package was tripled layered like a Matryoshka doll, starting from the box itself to bubble wrapping and finally a thick styrofoam. I was surprise the product was small after all the layers. The planter is the size of my fingers and my fingers is 3 inches. It’s great for smaller plants that are still growing, but if your looking for a pot that has drainage this is not your type of planter. Depending on how small your plant is there should be enough room to water it. It sometimes get lopsided because there isn’t a stand to support the side where the small white Totoro is but it can be easily fix by balancing it. The colors look exactly like the picture which I appreciate. I would give it to a friend who is a fan of Totoro and new to planting :)

I guess during the shipment the product was damaged. However, when I contacted the seller, I received a resonse within an hour for the option of refund or exchange. It was a very good customer service. Since the product was very cute and decoratable anyway, I'd like to purchase another product in a future.

**Update: changing from a one star. Company refunded and sent a replacement that arrived intact. Good customer service. Still too tiny to be used has a planter in my opinion, but it is super cute with nice detail.Arrived broken and is so much smaller then I thought it would be.

Adorable but very small! I can fit a smalllllll succulent in it but I wish it was a bit bigger! All in all, very cute product! Glad I bought it!
