I personally like to concentrate on positive comments but in this case I cannot, unfortunately! I really wished I had taken a photo of the busted up case along with each individual ream package torn open. I would have refused the delivery but our office was in need of the paper which luckily with the condition it arrived didn't jam our large copy machine. I will never place this order again and will go back to Office Depot as they arrive perfectly. The savings that the company provided just wasn't worth taking a chance with our new expensive copiers. Thank you and AGAIN, I always focus on the positive and I'd appreciate if you'd pass this onto the company.

BEST QUALITY ON PAPER

Great Paper

Arrived as two boxes of 2500 separate pieces of paper, not individually wrapped reams of 500 sheets each as pictured and described. This creates a storage problem for us as we are used to distributing reams around. We do not have room for two big boxes, nor the desire to slip our hands down the inside of a box to grab out bunches of sheets. Like most people, we usually open the ream wrapping and pull sheets or bunches of sheets out as needed. The wrapping keeps the sheets neatly together.False advertiming.

Just wanted to let you know how it came to us.

I must agree with reviewer (KT) Our box arrived completely broken. Not only was the box broken, but each individual ream of paper was torn as well. I don't know exactly who delivered this order, but it looked as if they threw it off of the truck. Sad to say, I thought that Hammermill paper would be of good quality, not this type. The paper is not that bright and it is very thin. Will not order again. Rather pay a bit more and get something of better quality. I contacted Amazon, they refunded part of the cost, but honestly it was just a bad purchase.

What else can I say ~ it's paper.
