Received broken jar with no return policy
Lost my money on this otherwise superb product. The packaging has been wholly inadequate and as a result the contents got mixed with broken glass when the bottle cracked.Being non-refundable, this was a loss of 135 Rupees from my pocket. The jam itself is tasty and I've ordered this earlier as well.
