Powerful 100 pc upholstery tacks used to hold clear plastic furniture covers in place.
I used these upholstery tacks on a new sofa and now on a chaise lounge to hold plastic covers in place for protection from pets. I am so pleased with them that I have now ordered a second box to complete my project. None broke. Easy to use to secure clear plastic to upholstery fabric. I used these along the arms and back of the sofa and then added clear packaging tape on top to prevent children or pets from getting to the tacks. Also, if they should work themselves loose overtime the tape should keep them from falling on the floor for the pets to get or for someone to step on. Very pleased with the tack and highly recommend them. Only time will tell how the covers do after the furniture has been sat on with the tacks holding the plastic covers in place. The sofa cover was also bought from Amazon. And I am using an extra long shower curtain liner also bought from Amazon, on the chaise lounge.

Keeps Bedskirt Nicely in Place
These pins hold my bedskirt perfectly in place. There is nothing worse than a drooping bedskirt that doesn't look straight. I used these pins and it has not moved. I did use like three of them on the corners because that part of the mattress gets so much more movement with making the bed, changing the sheets, etc. I don't know that it was necessary, but I wasn't taking chances!

Break easier than expected
Bent 1/3 of the pins trying to screw them into bed springs. If you didn't hold the tip just right, it bent

Did the trick...
I bought a new bed skirt (the kind with elastic that stretches around the box spring) and had read comments about the bed skirt slipping after being installed. So, I also ordered a box of these twist pins. They were easy to use once I got the hang of it, and they definitely secure the bed skirt to the box spring to prevent any slippage. I only used 11 of the 50 twist pins, so I have a lot left over for future use.

YOU NEED THESE!!!
For years I struggled with bed skirts that constantly slid sideways and from front to back. I also have a comfy upholstered chair that has protective arm covers that continually fall either on the floor or gets bunched up on the seat of the chair. These little marvels stopped all that annoying nonsense easily and quickly. Absolutely effortless to install and they holdfast without any damage to your items. How I wish I would have bought them eons ago! Very inexpensive for the quantity. I plan to buy an additional pack just so I have them available!

Need a change of design of tops of pins-make more user friendly!
Like the pins just fine. Better quality than the pins from Wal Mart and catalog orders I have had in the past. The only request I have is for some company of this type of product to make the heads of pins smooth no design. Reason for this statement I use this type of pins for holding on head and arm covers of recliners and sofa's-and the tops of pinsare designed with some sort of pattern the pins Scratch the heck out of you! Work Perfectly
They are holding a wrap-around bed skirt firmly to my mattress, even through many, many bedding changes.

Not effective
These are easy enough to use, but they don’t work very well at all. I used them to affix clear plastic sheets to the edge of my couch to prevent my cat from scratching and they kept coming out, despite being firmly screwed in! Just not a particularly affective product for my purposes.
