Robbins Basic Pathology:with Student Consult Online Access

It's a good book. Better than the big Robbins at UG level. Without a doubt should go for it but beware of the price , I got it for almost 50℅ discount. So try buying it during offers or mega sale for a good buy. Otherwise if you wish to spend a bit more you can go for it anytime.Edit: The tenth edition is out there and it got some major changes in general pathology and neoplasia, Go for it.

Why teachers recommend standard books when sometimes they seem less informative or less comprehensible than the ones we do buy is because, the knowledge found in these books are as valuable as wisdom.

The product is definitely not a new piece but none of the pages have nay markings, so no worries.

I purchased robbins basic pathology 10th edition for my daughter but she preferred this book over 10th edition.

Superb book,covers all the topics,lucid language,colourful pictures, far better than Harshmohan.Essential for medical students. Go for it.

As expected good..........

I'm a 2nd Year medical student, and am very pleased with this book. It has up to date explanations on the commonest pathologies, and I think it is so important for doctors to understand the pathology behind the disease they're treating. The pictures are first class, with excellent explanations.Only downside is there is no section for the eyes, but other than that it's ideal for medical students learning the underlying science of diseases.

Very well laid out book. The book is very concise, I used it more to recap important points. To actually learn pathology I suggest getting the bigger version of Robbins pathology. Great for revision not for actual learning. Was the perfect companion for my Italian medical school pathology exam.
