Really pleased. The company we bought our Sagittarius Mono Kitchen Tap no longer supply. It's been since 2009 and we've been unable to source the right valves. We've been making do, however after measuring the valve and using the chart TML provided we narrowed down the tap to 1mm. So pleased it fits perfectly, smooth operation and within 10 mins being delivered my husband fitted the pair. Now we just have to get the tops off our bathroom Bristan Taps!! We've hunted around local shop, more expensive and didn't fit properly. We searched and emailed suppliers but that was just a waste of time. As long as you measure the existing valve, count the teeth and use the chart provided you can't go wrong. Were not going anywhere else. Thanks again ... works like magic.

Very good service. The tap inserts arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Full marks to Tap Magician and the Post Office, I am glad I didn't pay extra for next day delivery! Selecting the correct item is a bit complicated because of all the different designs but the detailed drawings on the Tap Magician site made it as straightforward as possible and I ordered the correct one which fitted perfectly . I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Purchased then VR03 cartridges which were delivered quickly and installed immediately. They then developed a "drip" after only six-months. A quick email-chat and in less than a week, a new pair are now installed and working correctly. I am very impressed with this company's support. It was zero hassle. Thank you.

Good product

Bought these shorter 43mm QH43H to replace cartridges in Sauber vevey mixer tap after trying everywhere to find suitable replacement (certainly not a standard size). Eventually went for these. These replacements are good enough and the length didnt leave a gap between lever and tap body. Only issue i found was they were stiff to turn when tightened up, so much so that when operating the levers it kept unscrewing the cartridge threads. In the end i bought some loctite threadlocker from toolstation and fixed them in along with the grub screws too. So far so good. Working as they should. Hence 3 stars.

Had a leaking tap in the bathroom. So ordered a new cartridge. It was reasonably easy to identify the exact one from those offered and of course very straightforward to order it. Delivery was prompt and safe - appropriately packaged to avoid damage. It was easy to fit the new cartridge and so we no longer hava leakng tap. And it wasn't expensive. Many thanks.

I ordered this item after having problems with a similar item from a different seller. That one turned out not to fit our taps and closer inspection revealed that the images were of two slightly different specifications of cartridges. Having different versions clearly separated in this listing gave me confidence that I'd be getting what I wanted ... In case it's of assistance to others, I ordered the VR04 item as a replacement set of cartridges for the VADO Victoriana "Mono Basin Mixer With Pop-up Waste" (AX-VIC-100/CD-CP). These fitted perfectly. The "cold" seems slightly harder to turn, but will presumably get easier with use. My only other complaint was that the retaining screws/bolts have slightly small heads, which I was nervous wouldn't give sufficient overlap with the handles ... so I just re-used the originals. Neither of these issues seem to merit knocking off a star. Will definitely look for "Tap Magician" parts if I'm ever doing similar again.

I've looked a few times & still can't see if it mentions hot tap left or right of the spout! I don't fancy loosening the whole tap off & spinning it round even though it has flexi pipes under the kitchen sink.
