12 lamps are expensive and most look like there an automotive part. This restricts any home decor but with these I can use a regular 110 household lamp (that uses a standard lightbulb) I just connect it to a 12v battery. Making the perfect 12v led lamp and I can use it where ever I want in my motorhome, yard,shop,camping trips, (how awesome it is to have bedside lamps in your tent?) And the light is good about the same as a 40 wat standard bulb. Love these! Thank you. Think of the energy you could save by using a 12v led lamp instead of using a 60wat bulb. Plus with a 12 volt battery your lamps all become portable and rechargeable use them anywhere!

Purchased 2 packs of these for the chicken coop. Automated timer kicks them on for extended light. They are sufficiently bright and so far a solid product. Really like the low amperage draw. 6 Bulbs draw around 1.62A @ 12.8VDC. The outer housing of the bulb assembly is not glued which means when screwing the bulb into its base, the outer shell will spin in those final tightening moments. Outside of this, I am very pleased with the bulbs and so are the girls it seems.

I bought these to put in my chicken coop, the 3000k cool white is perfect for them. It has low amp draws which I run on my solar setup for the coop.

Excellent buy. I have an RV. The light fixtures are all 12V. I wanted LED, but needed regular bulb sockets as I want to adapt a 110V ceiling light fixture to 12V for mounting in RV. As long as the bulbs are 12V, it should work. Bulbs look solid and shine a nice bright light.

I recently purchased this 12V 5W LED lightbulb, and overall, I’m impressed with its brightness. Despite being rated at only 5 watts, it produces a surprisingly strong and bright light, which is excellent for its size and energy-saving design. However, I suspect it might be consuming more power than the advertised 5 watts. After some extended use, I noticed a slight increase in power consumption compared to what I expected for a 5W bulb. This might be worth investigating if efficiency is a top priority for you. In terms of performance, it’s reliable and works well in my setup, providing consistent and even lighting. It’s great for anyone looking for a compact, bright, and energy-efficient solution, but the actual power draw could be a concern for those monitoring energy use closely.

Pleasant warm white color for my outdoor path lights. Very cost effective; I have them on for 4 hours each evening, but the power costs only 50 cents/year per bulb.

Works well just as bright as a normal LED light bulb plugged into the wall.. do not I repeat do not plug this light bulb into the wall 110v .. you can run this light bulb directly from your 20 volt drill battery but I would not put more power than that to it

I was looking for some 12 volt bulbs with standard bases. These are not easy to find. My intent was to use them in outdoor accent lighting. This required a "warm" color temp and not a lot of brightness. Many of the bulbs out there are too bright and too "hot" (bluish light). These exactly fit what I was looking for and therefore I'm quite pleased with them. I know they also offer bulbs with higher outputs--if that's your need, I think those will be fine as these seem to be of very good quality.
