what is the thickness in mm?

The screen protector is about as thick as a few pieces of paper. Clearly sturdy, while not thick and bulky. The clear tray on the right in the picture is a tray that holds the screen protector while you apply it to your phone screen. It’s what helps make sure it’s perfectly applied. Once used, you discard the tray.

Will this work with an Otterbox Defender case?

It should. The screen protector coveres just a micrometer further than the actual screen display itself. Also I recommend the Spigen cases over the Otterbox Defender, over time the rubber on the case becomes extremely loose and you’ll be buying a new case in about 4-6 months. Have had two and experienced the same thing both times.

Can the silicone case works well with this screen protector?

Yes, I have a silicone type case and it fits fine with this screen protector.

hi does this screen protector lift or bubble at the edges for the iphone 11?

When you initially install, you may have some bubbles at the edges, but the kit comes with a tool to press out the bubbles. It is important to make sure that the screen is absolutely clean before installing the screen protector, as any dust or debris will cause a bubble that you won't be able to press out. I installed mine on my iPhone 11 right after I got it and no problems.
