Q: Can i use the dryer motor to motorize the wrapping process?

While it would in theory be possible to use the drying unit to wrap, you may find it to be ridiculously slow compared to simply turning it in your hands.

Q: Is this just the dryer? And you wrap manually? Or does the kit come with a control pedal?

Yes the rod dryer is motorized and the wrapper is used by hand (manually).

Q: Does the drying motor chuck have a clutch? So i can stop rod while motor is still going??

The drying unit within this kit does NOT contain a clutch assembly.
