Cute little novelty pan a must for impressive omlets for guests !
love this little guy ! makes great rolled omletes they come out golden brown and rolled to like a burrito. two eggs are perfect they come out HUGE looking so no one knows/ complains they are made with two eggs. really easy to use. we also use this pan to cook one egg mini omelets for the kids.( we put one egg in each side) also I cook scrambled on one side for my kids and over easy on the other side for me(saves time and cleanup). Also I have used this for crepes and pancakes too the kids love "square" pancakes. Also I have made grilled sandwiches in it. its heavy metal constructions leads to nice browning. The only reason i gave it four stars is my husband seems to have trouble rolling the omelets although I find it quite easy it took me one practice omelet to get it down. All you have to do is place all the scrambled eggs in first reservoir than tilt pan to let your eggs run into the farthest well trying to keep eggs on both sides even as you can. The toppings are placed in the closet reservoir and when you roll (with gentle persuasion from a spatula) viola a fancy pants rolled omelet.. Its a cute little pan cleans well with just soap and water and a sponge. We don't put it in the dishwasher or use metal cooking tools on it and it has held up well.I really like it.

It's so easy to make a great omelete now. No mess, no stress.
I got this pan to try because I could never get the hang of making omelets in a regular round pan, they always seem to end up as jumbled messes. This pan makes it easy to make a beautiful omelete. Now that it is so easy to make an omelete well I have them often. And cleanup is super fast. I have to say I am only making one 2-egg omelete for one person. I don't know how it would work to make an omelete with 3 eggs, I think it would be tricky to get the eggs to cook through without the bottom getting too hot and browning a bit.The pan is heavy and solid, not flimsy. The handle is comfortable to hold and very sturdily attached; quality manufacturing as far as I can tell. The non-stick surface deserves a mention. It seems to be very hardened and fine and I don't think there is going to be a problem of an egg sticking, ever. I shouldn't even have to mention that but even some high end, well-regarded nonstick pans have an affinity for eggs and they start to lay down some accumulation of it even while the pan is pretty new.I don't think Amazon will let me paste a link but there is a You Tube video by Williams-Sonoma called How to Make the Perfect Omelette in the Nordic Ware Rolled Omelette Pan. I watched it before I decided to buy the pan. That video can help you decide about the pan and learn how to use it if you already have one.

gave it a 4 due to the recommended egg capacity of three eggs
Have tried a few different omelet pans, square, round, rectangle, fliplids, etc. This jewel performed to my standards. It is actually a 5 star ...gave it a 4 due to the recommended egg capacity of three eggs. I have always used six that serves two people.Yes, could make 2 three eggers but we like to have hot fresh omelets together at the table. I will use this great omelet pan when I do an early breakfast, alone. :( Oh, and I must add that I nailed it on the first try and the cleanup is easy-fast. Again, a great item at the amazing low price here on Amazon.com ...saw it at $49.99 at a few high-end stores.

If you love "burrito" style omelets, you'll love this
This is the same product that is sold at a high-end kitchen store for much more money. Don't be confused. The review: It makes great rolled "burrito" omelets. French omelets according to Martha Stewart. Make sure you watch the "how-to" video on youtube. The pan takes a few tries to get it right, but once you do it's simple. It does brown the outside of the omelets, just be aware of that. Cleanup is a breeze

not a pro yet
I bought this omlet pan after watching a video on how to use it on another kitchen store website which was asking substantially more for the exact same pan. I am still in the practice phase of making the "professional" looking omlets because its not as easy as it seems. I have only used it a few times and I am getting better. I would recommend this pan to anyone who likes to make omlets.

Nice fir one omelette at a time
Nice little omelette pan however the spatula is awkward. It needed a handle.

Love it!
This is a clever, well-designed pan. Makes a perfect 2 egg omelet, if you don't stuff it too full of fillings. With 3 eggs, to get the middle cooked, the outside will be quite brown. Easy to use.

Great for Omelets!
I bought this after watching a cooking special and seeing omelette pans. We cook a lot of breakfasts, and like to make a lot egg dishes. This comes with a little spatula to push the egg into a roll. It works SO well, up until you do it you're thinking there's no way this will just roll nicely, but it totally does! It's very easy to clean, and is a great size.

Practically idiotproof.
Easy to use, exactly as pictured. The kids wanted to try rolled omelettes, and I was unsuccessful at making them in my cast iron pans. This was an easy solution and we have used it a lot.
