This air fryer here takes what I love about using an oven using the top broiler - which gets things nicely crispy without the mush for me - and packs it into a modern looking and practical to use gadget. I love cool gadgets but get annoyed with the learning curve involved, this was pretty straightforward for a change. Put the food in the drawer unit - don't overfill for even heat distribution - set it up and go. I also take it out and give a gentle shake to wings and nuggets also. I love that I can check if food came to the desired finish so I don't have to memorize settings like I had to with my electric pressure cooker for example. Design is modern, it comes in black with muted silver accents...one of those appliances I am happy to leave on the countertop. It is sort of bulky but once you see your family finishing their plates, it's sort of hard to pack it away. As for size, my family is small so it's good but I can see other fams needing it bigger.

I was very skeptical about purchasing an air fryer. I've heard a lot of good things about them, but figured that was just people trying to make more out of it than what it actually is. I LOVE fried food and really didn't think there could be a substitute for all that hot vegetable oil. Well, Amazon ran a special on this one. So I said what the heck; if it ends up in garage sale so be it. After cooking pork chops, chicken wings, brats and french fries in it, I can't say enough about how easy and convenient this thing is to use. The food tastes great, it browns and crisps up just like it was cooked on the stove and it's super easy to clean. The manual says you can put the basket in the dishwasher. I caution against this as I do with any non-stick cookware that you want to keep around for a long time. The way dish washing detergent is engineered these days it can destroy non-stick cooking surfaces - no matter what the manufacture says (my experience). The basket is so easy to clean that using hot soapy water is not an inconvenience. The recipe book that comes with the machine has a lot to be desired, but there are tons of air fryer recipes on the web and e-cookbooks on Amazon.If you're a fan of fried food like I am, but you're looking for an alternative cooking method that offers convenience, great flavor and easy cleanup, give this a shot.

I purchased this fryer in November, was using it regularly, and was very happy with it until the screws holding the handle in place came loose a couple weeks ago. The handle is still somewhat attached to the basket, it just isn't on tight and there's no way to tighten it, as the backs of the screws that are loose (or possibly broken) are inside the unit under that red button you can see on the handle. As a result, when the basket is pulled from the main body of the machine, the large hot lower basket falls loose. If you don't want a 400 degree piece of metal falling on your feet, this is... bad.I've been busy so haven't reached out to the manufacturer yet. If this is returnable and the new unit works properly for more than a couple months I'll come back and update this.Update 02/27/18: A rep from their company, in the comments, left instructions to contact them for assistance. I followed those instructions and got no response. As it relates to my opinion of the company, they'd have been better off not commenting at all.

Can you believe how to fry without OIL? Well, now you can,with this air fryer....anything is possible! Not only does it fry the food in it, but the food is all around evenly cooked! No more tossing and turning the food to get that even coolness throughout it all, it does it all by itself, it’s super well air ventilated system keeps the hot air flowing throughout the unit, giving the spare rib I put in there with a little flour on it, that nice crispy taste. Not only can it air fry, but it’s super healthy, you don’t add oil to it, just put in the food, set the temperature and set the time and it automatically cooks the food, oh and when it’s done, it turns itself off so it doesn’t burn the food. Since when has an over or a fryer ever done that. I am just amazed with this product, as you will be too!

I am glad I bought the Blusmart Power Air Fryer to replace my old air fryer, the blusmart Air Fryer is a much better design than my old air fryer. My old air fryer had problem to pull out and push in because the groove on the lower part of the pot. The oil gets on it. The Blusmart Air Fryer’s groove is on the top of the pot. It is easy to pull in and out. The old air fryer is very difficult to clean, the Blusmart air fryer is easy to clean. It is worth every penny. I am glad I bought the Blusmart Power Air Fryer to replace my old air fryer, the blusmart Air Fryer is a much better design than my old air fryer.
