THIS IS AMAZING!! you have to try this today.. best way put 4 whole eggs and 100g of liquid egg whites into a bowl and mix in 2 scoops of Apple Pie Elev8, add a few tablespoons of cinnamon and mix it good. then slice a banana up real good and put that in and mix it and put on a pan on the stove with PAM cooking spray and cook like you would eggs , chop and flip and scramble. you will know when its done when it dries a little. oh also add some sea salt. amazing! great like this but if you want to treat your sweet tooth use some sugar free syrup and a little whip cream on top. ENJOY Review: 10/10 - Perfect preworkout carbs out off all the flavors this ones is my favorite and one thing id say is add abit more water than listed for a better consistency

Beyond disgusting
A Culinary Catastrophe I want my money back. Actually, I want my time back. The three agonizing minutes it took to prepare this beige abomination and the five miserable minutes I spent trying to choke it down before accepting defeat. The texture? Wet spackling paste. The flavour? Someone described apple to a robot and the robot expressed it through artificial sweetener and pure sadness. The aftertaste lingers like an unwanted houseguest, still haunting you an hour later. My dog sniffed it and walked away. My dog eats garbage. Zero stars. Would not recommend to a rival.
