DEWALT 20V MAX* Charger (DCB115)

Dewalt is such a reliable brand. This battery charger works as expected and it only took 30 minutes from a completely dead battery. Jyst what I needed.

Works great for the dewalt battery. I've had no overheating issues.

Good charger. Works as it should. I use it to charge 4Ah, 5Ah, and 6Ah DeWalt batteries. I liked it and ordered another recently so I could charge two batteries at the same time but Amzon substituted a model DCB1104 charger instead. I've only used the model DCB1104 one time so far to charge a 5Ah battery and a 6Ah battery and it seemed to work fine also. Not sure why they substituted a different model than what I ordered. Hopefully it's as well built as the DCB115 and will hold up equally well.

Ordered this, expecting to get the DCB115. They ended up shipping me a DCB1105 instead, which looks like the same charger but with a higher amperage. It also has a 2-stage charging feature, to reduce battery wear. MSRP of each is pretty comparable, since the DCB1105 is a refresh of DeWalt's older chargers. I'm satisfied with it so far. Just make sure you properly seat the battery until it clicks, or your charger won't light up at all. Properly seating the batter is finicky for me, but seating it on my DCB115 is finicky too. They really ought to have better guidance on making sure the battery is making a proper connection, otherwise it makes it look like the charger or the battery is just a dud.

My charger is everything advertised buy seller! It charged my 12volts battery in ten minutes, and my 20volts in 15 minutes! The charger is worth every sent I paid for it . I highly recommend it to anyone who wants quality

Moved from New Zealand to Canada with some dewalt XR 18v tools and found I couldn’t use the battery charger here. Then I Found they only sold the 20v max range here (no XR 18v) so wasn’t sure if there was comparability with the NZ XR tools to North American 20v batteries and the 20v charger. After some research I discovered the 20v max range is the same as the 18v XR, just named differently. And the 20v batteries actually have an18v output. Decided to get this charger, rather than look at getting a whole new set of 20v max tools, or change brands. Glad I did, the 18vXR batteries charged just fine in the North American multi battery voltage charger DCB115. The item arrived fine, packaged simply in a brown box, looks brand new and genuine. And best of all works perfectly!
