Unfortunately, I am someone who brushes at least three times a day, flosses at least once a day and uses an oral irrigator and mouth rinse regularly as well as go to the dentist a minimum of every 6 months and still end up spending way to much time in that fancy chair they have. My old irrigator was a countertop type and worked great but finally gave out on me. I saw these smaller handheld types but they seem so much less "professional" in appearance so i was hesitant to buy one yet I'm so tired of the countertop space being taken up by the one I had I figured I would give this a try.I have tried all of the tips and my favorite is the old school high-pressure type.TO start I was extremely impressed by teh packaging. Ok, maybe that does not mean a lot but when something comes in a plain white box with only a barcode you know its low quality. Mornwell put a lot of thought into providing packaging that is high quality and informative. If a company will put thought and money into packaging you would think they did the same to the product inside so to me its an implied quality before you even by the product. OK yes i bought on Amazon do did not know the box was nice until I got it but sometimes you get stuff in the mail and are unfortunately disappointed before you even try the product.The Good:1. The packaging is informative and presentable2. It comes with multipple tips for fmaily use3. It comes with different kinds of tips for different uses4. It has 3 settings from pulse, low, and high to suit however you wish to irrigate5. It fills up easy6. The battery came charged and I still have not had to charge it after almost 2 weeks!!!7. It takes up almost 1/4 the counter space as my old one8. It has WAY more pressure than you would think a battery operated irrigator would have, so start on low if you are not use to using an irrigator for sure9. No hose from the tank on a countertop to the tip. SO annoying when trying to move it around in your mouth etcThe Bad not so bad and other comments1. Small reservoir... THIS IS GOOD!!!! At first, I thought it was going to be way to small. My other tabletop type held 24oz this one is much smaller. If it held much more it would not be portable nor would it be easy to use. It hold jsut enought ot make it through all of your teeth top and bottom. If you feel you need to spend more time you simply refill the unit which takes only a couple seconds2. It's NOT a toy so make sure to have adult supervision if small children are to use this. This thing is powerful which is what you need to treat it like the professional device that it is!I don't have any bad comments so far. I'm only a couple weeks into using it. Sense i use an irrigator regularly and will be putting this thing to maximum use vs most users I would think, I will update if anything is noteworthy.Conclusion:I am extremely impressed with this unit. It is every bit as powerful as my old corded unit but takes up WAY less space. Im extremely happy I purchased it andhighly reccomend it.

What I Like1. Strong jet but not too strong. Some water picks seem like torture devices.2. Pleasant to use so I use it regularly.3. It gets all wet with use but no worries it keeps working4. Charges FastSmall issues I wasn't as thrilled about1. I never seem to get all my teeth with one water tank. It usually takes two.In fairness the device would be pretty huge with double the water capacity.I will buy another when I wear this one out

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter who just got her braces. Her orthodontist recommended to use waterpik so I researched for while and decided to try this one. This flossor arrived on time in a beautiful package. And my daughter loved it. She said she can use it in the shower! I have a plug in unit but this one is more convenient to use it. I will buy other unit for my husband who travel for living. Highly recommended.

It is compact and very very easy to use. My teeth feel so clean. I use it every day morning and night. My only recommendation would be that they create a rubber gripper on the water tank, it can be hard to get off if your hands are wet. Also it is good to let the tank air out every so often otherwise it can become mildew inside

I purchased two, one for me and one for my hubby. It took a few times to figure out how not to spray water everywhere but we both love it and it works great.

It worked great until it stopped after 6 months. The irrigator is identical to another model sold on Amazon, with the exception that this has a contactless charger. First the control switches stopped functioning, then the unit stopped altogether.The other reason for my low rating however is, the seller’s lack of response after making two contacts by email. After ignoring my warranty claim, today I contacted Amazon’s CS for their support.I’ll update my review with the outcome of my efforts.

Purchased for 10 yr old child with braces. Thought would be good for traveling and could be used at shower time or at sink. Both of us have difficulty in holding it. Tips over easily, when U set down, as well as, when trying to put back in stand. It does produce adequate pressure when spraying, but am afraid it will break/crack if dropped to much. Thinking abt attaching some rubberized grip strips for better handling. Very disappointed. We have had a larger, electric, tabletop base for years, and it is great; but we thought purchasing a portable irrigator would help for oral hygiene for everyone, especially while traveling. Still love our tabletop model, but this just does not work for our needs.

Just unboxed the product. I love the fact that this version compare to others has multi use exchangeable nozzles. Will follow up will in-depth review later.

I bought this product to stop using disposable interdental brushes and it works better than them.The tub is just big enough for one teeth washing and they are two ways of filling the tube (I am using the down outlet as it is quicker).The flosser is really powerful. When I have been using it for about one month it seems to lose the power but it was just because it was not fully recharged so now I am recharging it every time it seems to floss less and it is ok.There are three different modes and as the manual suggests I used the soft mode for the start. When I first used interdental brushes I was bleeding but thought it would not happen again with this product as my gum got used to it but because it cleans better than the brushes I still bled a little bit so I really recommend following the guide and using the low mode at the beginning.It is also very useful to clean areas which are hard to get to by interdental brushes since the flosser jet is thin and long. I had some problems with my wisdom teeth which started growing recently but all issues have gone since I started using this flosser.The product itself looks like it is made from cheap plastic but the company offers 18 months warranty which is quite long so I guess they must be confident with it.

Great bit of kit.Bigger than i was expecting and you do have to refill the tank a few times more so on the high setting which is a bit annoying so i use the pulse setting and found a happy medium if you get me.Takes a little while getting used to using it yet it has really been good to use. I generally use in the shower because of the spy but im getting more used to using so i hope in time i will be able to use at the bathroom sink without spraying water everywhere.I like to use warm water as it feels better and though i have read that it is not advisable to use mouthwash i dont see a reason why you couldnt if you dilute say 50-50.I would recommend and am happy with my purchase.JJ

Cannot fault it; provides a superior clean to floss with zero plastic waste. Takes a little getting used to but within a week I was fully converted. The water chamber in my opinion is sufficient for a full clean. Love how easy it is to use. Was unfamiliar with the brand but they have made a quality product for a fantastic price.

This replaced my second Samsung flosser which after just 6 months failed to recharge, a problem which also beset my first Samsung. I'm delighted so far (a month) with this Mornwell replacement, it has similar or stronger power to the Samsung and the same choice of modes. It comes with an 18 month warranty which should cover and problems with charging.

this is the third water flosser that I have had -I am aged 84 and have considerable problem with compacted food between my molar teeth , this is the best flosser by far that I have used. I charged it for a short while and it has now worked extremely well for 2 weeks without recharge. There are several flossers on the Amazon site and I chose this by price and size-I think it can be highly recommended.
